Since entering the insurance claims profession, Roger Howson has managed & actively adjusted thousands of losses while working at one time or another for the largest property & casualty insurance company and largest public adjusting firm. His long-standing licenses as both public and independent adjuster emphasize Roger's equal empathy with policyholders, adjusters, and insurance companies.
Roger Howson has served as an Education Chair since 2002, and helped present claims education symposiums for Puget Sound (PSAA), Seattle (SCAA), Tacoma (TCAA), and Oregon (OCAA) claim adjusters associations. He also served two terms as president. In addition to Roger’s 35+ years of continuing education in arson & fraud investigation, property loss estimation, insurance law, & whatever other insurance claims education classes are available, he holds a Master’s Degree in Whole Systems Design & a Bachelor’s Degree in English.
Since 1994, Brandi Hollibaugh, ICDR Inc. Claims & Inventory Manager, has worked extensively on every kind of first-party property insurance claim due to fire, water, wind, theft, vandalism, & every other imaginable natural (& occasionally unnatural) catastrophe.
In addition to her responsibilities as the driving force behind ICDR, Inc. contents inventory services, Brandi provides technical support on Homeowner & Commercial Claims for structure, contents, business interruption, additional living expenses, & withheld depreciation for replacement cost reimbursement.
Brandi’s 20+ years of insurance claims-related education, training, & experience uniquely qualifies her to ensure that all of our clients & associates experience a claims dispute resolution process that runs smoothly, efficiently, & effectively.
